Now might be a good time for Jim Renacci to give back those donations the FBI is investigating

Jim Renacci is still refusing to give back the $100K in questionable campaign contributions from Benjamin Suarez despite the fact that other recipients have already returned the funds in the face of an FBI investigation.

As a result, the DCCC has named Renacci their Corrupt Republican of the Month. Congrats Jim!

In addition, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) has announced that it sent a series of public record requests to federal agencies related to Suarez and Jim Renacci to “shed light on whether Rep. Renacci contacted any of the agencies in support of the company.”

This situation looks pretty bad for Renacci, but you have to think it would be better to give this money back BEFORE the FBI announces it was tainted and BEFORE any records are received, no?
