As I was leaving today’s JobsOhio hearing, I ran into several dozen protestors from SCLC marching around the Statehouse protesting the lack of diversity in John Kasich’s Administration. 

Meanwhile, the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus held a press conference in which they protested the lack of diversity in Kasich. (Source: Marc Kovac at Ohio Capitol Blog).

Going to make lunch and watch the entire MLK speech with the girls at noon. Absolute must watch. Reminds us of the struggle and our ability to overcome. Tomorrow will be the realization of one part of the dream, but we must remain ever vigilant in our quest for a more perfect union.

Joe Biden did more for the equality of the sexes with his honest display of paternal emotion during the vice presidential debate than Sarah Palin’s presence on the executive ticket has or will ever do.

Because as we all know, only women are emotional.
