Last week we broke the story about voter intimidation billboards in African American neighborhoods in Cleveland.
Today we discovered the same billboards ads been posted in Columbus’s black neighborhoods as well.
Local leader in Cleveland were angry over the billboards, and rightfully so. “This is blatant voter intimidation,” says Councilwoman Cleveland. “A direct attack in the heart of African American community meant to scare people and keep them from exercising their right to vote.”

We just received word that the Butler County Board of Elections has set weekend hours for the weekend prior to the election.
The hours will be Saturday Nov. 3 from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, Sunday Nov. 4 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and and Monday Nov. 5 from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Josh Mandel has a peculiar problem. On one hand he needs as much publicity (earned media) as possible to try to beat a guy named Brown in Ohio. He has to get on as many shows, radio and television alike, to get his message out.
Now, the problem. Those shows typically like to ask you questions. and oddly enough they expect to get answers.

Remember when Jon Husted was the ONLY up-and-coming Republican who Democrats seemed to respect? As a legislator, he even came out against a bill to ban gay adoptions. A stunner of a position for a straight GOP man serving among all those gay-bashing Republicans who, just two years earlier, helped ban same-sex marriage and civil unions in Ohio.
Husted obtained this respect as House Speaker, even after he engaged in the same heavy-handed fundraising practices and other thuggery as his predecessor, Larry Householder. Back then, Husted’s fellow Republicans privately called him Little Larry.
