The “bipartisanship” bullshit tour continues
This has got to be up there among the most bogus justifications ever given:
Ohio Republican Gov. John Kasich had been scheduled to lambaste President Obama in a telephone conference call with reporters, but he canceled because it would have undermined the tone he had set earlier in the day in a speech to the state Senate on bipartisanship.

Yesterday afternoon in a press release from the Governor’s Office, they announced that Governor Kasich had appointed Stanley Jackson to the State Board of Education to fill the remainder of the term of the recently retired Dennis Reardon.
According to the Dispatch’s Joe Vardon, Kasich’s office could not produce a resume for the Buckeye QB:
The Kasich administration announced Jackson’s appointment at 5:15 p.m. Monday. Kasich spokesman Rob Nichols said the staff could not immediately produce Jackson’s resume, but that one would be available Tuesday.
