    Ohio governor-elect John Kasich, prior to finding out that Ray LaHood would take away $400 million in federal grant money, is hopeful that he can replace the 3C rail project with one where Ohioians can sled from Cleveland to Cincinnati.

    Sadly, this is one of his better ideas.

  • John Kasich, in the spirit of Ken Blackwell’s “moving sidewalks” claim, demonstrates how the privatization of Cleveland’s RTA could lower capital costs through introducing alternate modes of personnel transportation in the winter months.
