The video of Pam Geller’s opening comments from today’s “I hate Muslims more than you” rally in Columbus is included below.

Lot of things to see here:

1. Pam has no fucking clue what she is talking about (see below)

2. Pam can’t seem to find pants that fit.

3. Pam’s low-class, long-islandly accent is nearly as annoying as her inability to hide the fact that she has absolutely no concern for the welfare of the young lady in question and is really only concerned with furthering her own hateful, anti-Muslim agenda.

Pam opens her comments by asking “where is […]

Bill Todd long ago mastered the art of being a slimeball political operative. But a few years back he decided he wanted to get elected to office. No office in particular, mind you. Just some office.

So first he moved from Powell to Columbus in 2005 so he could run for mayor. That plan didn’t work out so well. His campaign was a complete and total failure. Crash and burn. Enough said.

But Bill would not give up his dream that easily.

Soon he left Columbus and relocated to Bexley which just happens to be in Ohio’s […]

I’m working on signing this kid up to blog here at PB as we speak:

Heh. Great kid. If I knew how to get in touch I’d send him a PB tee to wear at school.

So I asked the Center for Families and Children what is going on with Lee Fisher’s treasurer, Jan Roller, holding some cryptic meeting in their building “about” the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party.? Here was the response from Lisa Goss, their spokesperson.

The event scheduled for tomorrow morning is not a CFC-sponsored event.

The Center for Families and Children?s Mandel Community Room is available for rent to any member of the community. There is both a nonprofit and for-profit room rate.

In lawyer land, we call this….um….nonresponsive!? So I asked who is renting the room, and at what rate.? Here’s […]

The myth of the Hillary Clinton primary supporter who went “Rogue” for Palin continues in Ohio’s blogsphere:

My wife and I are so excited to be seeing Gov. Sarah Palin for a second time.? A major reason for our votes for the McCain team last election cycle was a vote in support of Sarah Palin.? Not only did she energize many republicans, but also energized many disaffected Clinton supporters, like myself, that were very disappointed with the primary election.? In fact, at a Sarah Palin rally in St. Clairsville, Ohio, we met a woman from West Virginia that […]

The Columbus Dispatch is reporting that GOP Congressional primary opponent John Adams has closed his campaign account and reopened a new one after, Adams says, “several counterfeit checks valued at thousands of dollars were written on checks bearing his campaign logo.”

“The perpetrators of this crime were obviously skilled in banking and check systems, possibly motivated politically to disrupt my campaign and to drain all of my campaign funds,” he said in an e-mail message.

Stivers, Adams’ main rival and presumptive frontrunner for the GOP nomination, has been (is?) a lobbyist and executive for a major bank.  Therefore, […]

This dedication goes out to Tim in the hopes that he doesn’t give up on his team only halfway through the season…

(P.S.- It’s sad that even a Cleveland Browns’ fan song cannot say the word “Browns” and “Super Bowl” without ending in laughter.)

So, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that Ohio is going to lose one Congressional seat in the next reapportionment process.

I nominate John Boccieri’s seat.  I mean, if he’s going to run scared from the Democratic agenda that he puts his seat at risk for a Republican takeover, it’s a win-win.  We either get rid of Democratic politically scared into voting like a Republican, or we get rid of a Republican.

Everyone (but Boccieri) wins.

I have Sarah Palin fatigue.  Seriously, I don’t understand all the attention this “book” is getting.  By all accounts, this book doesn’t add anything to the political discourse.  It contains no political philosophy at all.  All it does it extend a half-term Governor’s 15 minutes of fame into an hour of recapping the fifteen minutes.  It’s the kind of stretching time with no real substantive material that would make the producers of American Idol jealous.  It’s basically Sarah Palin’s totally awesome campaign diary.  That’s all.

Sarah Palin’s is such a huge political figure that she couldn’t stand the Democratic criticism […]

Pam Geller of Atlas Shrugs and a bunch of her wing nut friends held a rally today across from the Franklin County Juvenile Court House the stated purpose of which was to show support for Rifqa Bary.

It didn’t take but a few seconds to realize that the actual purpose was much more sinister. The people who showed up for this rally couldn’t give two shits about Rifqa herself – they only care about using her as a tool to further their own hate-filled, intolerant, anti-Muslim agenda.

You could tell by the shirts and the signs that these people […]

Bringing this up from comments because it seriously deserves it’s very own post.? Honestly the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while relative to the teabagger crowd.

On November 14 “Robert Erickson” was introduced to the Minnesota Tea Party Against Amnesty as a Minneapolis resident concerned about illegal immigration. Sometimes the devil is in the details, as the supporters of the anti-immigrant Minnesotans Seeking Immigration Reform (MINN-SIR) slowly learn.? On the other hand, some of them never quite figured out that “Robert” wasn’t on their side:

Subtle, his mention of “European Immigrants”. Nope. Teabaggers aren’t all too bright, are […]
