Scott Roeder, the anti-government, anti-abortion extremist who shot and killed a doctor while he was attending church, has been charged with one count of first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

I saw an interview this morning on CNN with a guy named Dan Holman. Holman represents a group called Missionaries to the Preborn. Hollman’s group holds protests and rallies against abortion. Hollman and his group are most certainly “part of the movement“.
And how did Dan Holman – protector of human life – feel when he heard about the murder of Doctor Tiller outside of his Church in Kansas?
He was “cheered by it”.

Over breakfast this morning I read about a Muslim convert who shot two soldiers outside an Arkansas recruiting station, killing one.
According to police, the suspect “probably had political and religious motives for the attack” but he “was not believed to be part of a broader scheme.”
This sounds surprisingly similiar to the statements made about Scott Roeder, the crazed anti-abortion fanatic who gunned down an abortion doctor outside of his Kansas church.
