Walking down the alley on my way back from the Obama rally this afternoon I passed what appeared to be a U.S. Postal Service truck covered with John McCain signs.

As I got closer I saw another sign in the door of the truck: Democrats for McCain.

This guy was driving it…

My Liberal Neighbors

It looks like my Obama pumpkin just doesn’t cut it in my liberal neighborhood.

Someone the next block over has signs for every Dem candidate in their yard – including Jan M. Gorniak, the Democratic candidate for Franklin County Coroner!

I thought they were winning until I saw this go up the day before Halloween…

It’s my understanding that they still gave candy to the kids of McCain supporters.

Today’s Obama Rally in Columbus

I arrived at the Obama rally in Columbus today late, about 10 minutes before it started (which was actually on time!). I knew the crowd would be big and I knew I wouldn’t get very close to the stage.

But boy did I really underestimate the size of the crowd.

Not only could I not get anywhere near the stage – I couldn’t even SEE the stage. And I walked all the way around the State House and tried from every angle.
