Sitting here wondering if John McCain just forget to tell the VP vetting team he said this– or if they already knew and covered it up…
?Maybe if we had done it right, maybe some of that money would have gone to inspect those bridges and other bridges around the country,? McCain said at a campaign stop in Ankeny, Iowa on Aug. 4, 2007. ?Maybe the 200,000 people who cross that bridge every day would have been safer than spending $233 million of your tax dollars on a bridge in Alaska to an island with 50 people on it.?Full Story... →
Tomorrow is the 7th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. It’s also the day Sarah Palin’s eldest son Track leaves for the Middle East.
And, as you’d expect, Sarah Palin has some big plans.
No, she won’t be quietly memorializing the nearly 3000 people who died in the attacks that day (or the 4155 US soldiers who have died in the war that followed).
And no, she won’t be taking the day off from politics to spend with her family, quiety (or not so quietly) praying that her son doesn’t end up injured or dead in Iraq like so […]Full Story... →
John McCain has his surrogates (“Former Acting Governor Jane Swift”, Heather WIlson and Marsha Blackburn) on MSNBC claiming Barack Obama is sexist.

* voted against equal pay for women,
* refuses to answer questions about birth control,
* cheated on his wife
* left his first wife for a younger, richer woman

More to follow.
Just got the press release. The plan is to make “$201 million in agency cuts and $339 in accounting moves” – basically a “4.75% across-the-board reduction for all agencies”
Is anyone out there still trying to push that “tax and spend liberal” line? Matt? Mark? Anyone? Anyone?Full Story... →

Also, Sarah Palin continues to lie about her stance on the “bridge to nowhere” – which she originally supported and campaigned for – until the scandal broke and congress removed the earmark.
Hardball did a great little short showing all of the times she’s repeated this lie since the […]Full Story... →
