Spot on Casey! Thanks for speaking truth to fear…and power.Full Story... →
Easy answer? No. Hell no. Political suicide. Hillary made the fatal mistake of running as the “experienced” candidate in an era when the people want change. Both Edwards and Obama have had a change message the entire time.
I’ve said from the beginning that Edwards/Obama was my favorite ticket. I’ve got no problem reversing that order. 😉
Come on John! Time’s a wastin’ and the Republicans are using this time to attack the leading candidate on our side along with his opponent. Let’s get this thing settled.Full Story... →
In his endorsement of Barack Obama today, Bill Richardson said:
The New Mexico governor joined Sen. Obama at spirited rally Friday and said the Illinois senator demonstrated his leadership abilities this week with his speech on race. “You are a once-in-a-lifetime leader,” the governor said from the stage. “Above all, you will be a president who brings this nation together.”
I think the race speech may have put Bill over the edge. He understands the deeper things we need to work on as a nation to make us the world leader again and put us in a position to […]Full Story... →
Haven’t I been saying this for some time now?
One big fact has largely been lost in the recent coverage of the Democratic presidential race: Hillary Rodham Clinton has virtually no chance of winning.

10% chance, yet she continues to fracture and divide and […]Full Story... →
On this day (March 21st) 1980 President Carter announced that the U.S. would be boycotting the summer Olympics in Moscow because the Soviets had troops in Afghanistan.
It’s 28 years later and now OUR troops are in Afghanistan (and Iraq, etc.) and again some are suggesting we boycott the Olympics in Beijing because China has troops in Tibet, money in Sudan, etc.
But George Bush says the U.S. will not boycott the Olympics and the President will not cancel his visit to the summer games.
And it isn’t very often that I agree with George Bush on something, but […]Full Story... →
Richardson finally endorses. Better late than never, I suppose.
“As a presidential candidate, I know full well Senator Obama’s unique moral ability to inspire the American people to confront our urgent challenges at home and abroad in a spirit of bipartisanship and reconciliation.”
His endorsement would have been a lot more useful before the Texas primary than the upcoming Pennsylvania one. But hey- I understand he was busy growing that beard and all.
It’s time to pick sides… I’m talking to YOU John Edwards!Full Story... →
