Police in Los Angeles arrested a guy who told his girlfriend in a phone conversation that he wanted to kill President George Bush.

According to the girlfriend, the would-be presidential assassin said: “Committing this murder is not a murder, it’s making a difference for the people. I’m going to kill who needs to be killed.”

When police arrived at the man’s house they asked: “Do you want to kill the president?”

He replied “yes” and they immediately arrested him. He’s been charged with “knowingly and willfully threatening to take the life of the president.”

I wonder what would have happened if he had answered “No.”
