Hillary Clinton on Monday warned that Al-Qaeda watched US elections, urging Americans not to risk electing an inexperienced president, in her latest implicit swipe at rival Barack Obama.

Bill even gets in on the act:

“There is a better than 50 percent chance that sometime in the first year or 18 months of the next presidency, something will happen that is not being discussed in this campaign,” he added.

Obama:

delivered a compelling, almost mesmerizing, speech, did not talk about any issue in detail and took no questions. His event lasted just over half an hour.

Hillary:

talked about issue after issue in almost mind-numbing detail and answered question after question in an event that lasted more than an hour and a half.

You campaign on big ideas and you govern on policy specifics. Not to mention most voters don’t care about policy specifics. Name the last time that worked? Find a theme, stick to it, and you win. Finger in the […]

If you’ve not heard the story behind that chant, you really should. It’s a classic. I don’t think I’ll tire easily of using this headline. Obama opens up a double digit lead in NH polling.
