While the rest of the presidential candidates have their volunteers in Iowa helping prepare for the January 3rd Caucuses- some gamers are planning to show their support for Ron Paul in a very different way: by marching on Azeroth- the fictional planet in World of Warcraft.
The idea was pitched by a senior member of the Ron Paul Forums and quickly received interest from other forum members. At last count, the post received 215 responses.
The march of humans, orcs, high elves, dwarves, gnomes, trolls, ogres and goblins supporting Dr. Paul will begin today at 8:30 pm EST.Full Story... →
Ted Strickland’s comments about the presidential nominating process in Iowa, published in the Dispatch on Sunday, have made national news.
Ted called the process “hugely undemocratic” because it “excludes so many people” – adding “Anyone who happens to be working or is sick or too old to get out for a few hours Thursday night won’t be able to participate.”
