According to an article in today’s Dispatch

Mosaica Education Inc., a company that operates for-profit charter schools in Ohio, is refusing to release a teacher’s personnel files and records of an investigation that led to the teacher being fired “for getting physical with a student” at the Columbus Arts and Technology Academy.

In Ohio, teacher’s personnel files are considered public records and schools- even for-profit charter schools- MUST make the information available immediately if asked for it.
