No, not steamed rice, or fried rice, but Condi Rice. That’s right, Condi Rice’s total incompetence expands beyond her performance as Secretary of State and National Security Advisor – she was also incompetent in overseeing Chevron policy that should have prevented the company from sending kickbacks to Saddam Hussein as a part of the UN Oil-for-Food program.

Chevron, the second-largest American oil company, is preparing to acknowledge that it should have known kickbacks were being paid to Saddam Hussein on oil it bought from Iraq as part of a defunct United Nations program, according to investigators.

Like any interview with Ken Blackwell, this one needs very little introduction. It’s not ‘ha ha’ funny… more ‘why the hell is THIS guy on national televison?’ funny- or maybe ‘couldn’t chris mathews get a better guest?’ funny. Still, it has its moments- like the ‘500 Pound Canary in the Room’ comment.
