Everyone’s seen those cheesy eHarmony.com commercials- with that creepy white-haired doctor guy claiming he knows how to match YOU with your perfect mate.

Yep- that Dr. Neil Clark Warren seems like a real, upstanding guy. And, judging by HIS numbers, eHarmony is doing quite well: 13 million users, more than 6000 marriages between members, etc.

But what about the other numbers?

You know… like 83% of the members are white, 91% are christian… and 100% are straight. (29 Dimensions my ass!)

Here’s the problem:

eHarmony is a Christian-founded, marriage-oriented matchmaking website… eHarmony was co-founded by Dr. Neil Clark Warren and his son-in-law, former commercial real estate developer Greg Forgatch…

Dr. Warren, an evangelical Christian with strong ties to the conservative Christian community, attributes much of the initial success of eHarmony to its being promoted through James Dobson’s Focus on the Family radio show.

Thankfully, someone is fighting back in kind.
