Last month I predicted Mitt Romney was going to take home “buckets of cash-money” from five states with large Mormon populations. And that is exactly what happened.

Romney raised more money overall than the rest of the GOP candidates- but he did especially well in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada and Oregon.

Here is a chart showing contributions in these 5 states for each of the top three GOP candidates…

    You fail to point out that if you take away these five states, Romney still raises as much as either McCain or Giuliani. So nice attempt to demean Romney’s fundraising and support, but he’s got a lot more than just Mormons supporting him.
