President of the BU College Republicans, and life-long white guy, Joe Mrosczyk announced today that his group will offer a scholarship exclusively for white students.

Mrosczyk’s home town, Danvers, MA, has about 22,000 people and is 97.72% White (0.35% Black).

More than likely, Joe has never actually met a black person.
