We have been informed by Ohio Government Television that using video of Tom Noe at Justice Lanziger’s swearing in ceremony is in their opinion a violation of copyright. While we disagree with the premise that state government can generate video to promote themselves and their work, but not allow discourse over that footage — we, as a non-profit, do not have the deep pockets to fight this and intend to comply with the law.Full Story... →
