FLANNERY ADDS FORMER FINGERHUT CAMPAIGN MANAGER TO TEAM
Anthony Fossaceca to Serve as Communications Director

(Cleveland) – Bryan Flannery, Democratic candidate for Governor of Ohio, announced today the addition of Anthony Fossaceca to his campaign team as Communications Director. Fossaceca most recently served as Campaign Manager for State Senator Eric Fingerhut in his bid for Governor.

“I’m excited to add one of Ohio’s brightest, young political talents to our team” Flannery said. “Anthony has worked side-by-side with some our state’s smartest and most respected political leaders. His experience and creativity will help our campaign build momentum as we move through the primary phase and on to November.”

In addition to managing Fingerhut’s campaign, Fossaceca served as Field Director to Cleveland Mayoral Candidate Judge Robert Triozzi in 2005, and as State Volunteer Director on Senator Fingerhut’s bid for the U.S. Senate in 2004. Fossaceca is a Founding Partner of Spin Cycle Marketing Communications, Inc., a Cleveland based advertising agency specializing in business-to-business communications. He is also Senior Partner of Spinnovate, the agency’s political consulting division.

“Bryan Flannery is the only candidate in this race, on either side, who understands what is needed to get Ohio moving in the right direction again,” Fossaceca said. “Bryan recognizes that the only way we, as Democrats and Ohioans, can win this fall and beyond is with a clear, focused strategy for providing educational excellence, creating good paying jobs, and making Ohio attractive for families and business. That’s important, because Ohioans don’t have time to wait for leaders to define themselves or their ideas. I’m looking forward to working with him and the entire campaign team to bring Bryan’s plan to Ohio voters.”
