Brown: What Primary?

The words “What primary?” never came out of U.S. Rep. Sherrod Brown’s mouth on Monday, but the message was the same.
Brown also kept up the flip flopper argument on Hackett:
The only time Brown mentioned his opponent in the May 2 Democratic Primary — Iraq War veteran and Cincinnati attorney Paul Hackett — was when someone asked Brown to explain the differences between them.
