Voters in Colorado rejected TABOR (Tax Payer’s Bill of Rights) by voting on a referendum that shelves it for 5 years. The Denver Post is reporting that neocons are scrambling to figure out how to “re-frame” this and Grover Norquist is sending out the warning to Governors of other states to play nice and not pull a Bill Owens – Owens is the Republican Governor of Colorado who helped craft Referendums C and D.
